Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but, the sales rep who came out was never pushy.., listened.., very personable. Immediately likable. Tim was timely, very personable. He took care of the deck needs and cleaned up as he worked. Ethan has managerial abilities. He has excellent interpersonal skills regardless of situation. Nothing gets under his skin.., always approachable.., excellent awareness of potential issues.., dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction during and after job completion. As to working with admin staff (Haley/Tricia), always available and, excellent followup with timely responses. As to pricing, I found you to be very reasonable. Overall, first class experience top to bottom. (Perfectly honest, the experience was far better than expected. Very professional with excellent quality of work and staff.)
