Another 2018 Project Pride Entry

This project was to change an exterior raised porch into living space.

Project included – framing, hurricane strapping, insulation, windows, drywall, interior trim and paint, HVAC, exterior house wrap, window water proofing, siding, trim which included saving the columns, custom cutting them and re-installing to keep the exterior aesthetics.

We went for the final walk through and payment the day after the crew completed the work to find the room completely decorated. The customer told us it is now his favorite room in his 1.3M dollar home and he plans to read in there daily. Their original reason for this project was so their grandson would have a room to sleep in when he visits.
