Something was not done completely correctly the first time, but the corrective action was prompt and appropriate. Everyone makes mistakes; to me it is the response that is important. To answer the response above, Mike was not the repair person, so I cannot do a review.

Luis showed up on time. He was very polite and explained the toliet replacement. He efficiently and expertly replaced our toliet and it works to perfection. The office had not informed him that we paid to have the old toliet hauled away but he adapted and took it with him. Great job from start to finish.

Marshal was punctual, friendly, and did a great job. The admin team was really responsive and easy to deal with. It was a great experience overall, and we'll use Handyman Connection again if we need any more work done in the future.

In my opinion the job must be done correctly and professionally but more importantly I must be comfortable with the person I am working with. Mike worked on our project today and I was really confirmable with him, and he was flexible too as we had to reschedule it couples of days ago. I absolutely recommend them.

Marshall was really good, he was knowledgeable about several items. And he didn't mind coming back to follow through on the job. It didn't turn out right the first time I would ask for him again. I already sent a review about Marshall. But I do not like Google reviews.
