My only issue with Hanyman Connection was your one year wormanship warranty. I was told by the AZROC if you have a contractor's license you MUST provide a two year workmanship warranty. Being a single woman, I did not want any hassle.

Workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Installation focused on durability and structural integrity. Project was also done to code. Contractor was friendly but not chit-chatty and did not waste time. Only drawback (and it was major) was work area was not sufficiently isolated from rest of house and there was drywall dust wafting everywhere during demolition because of ineffective dust-collector bag I had to ask contractor to cover ALL the furniture in the room, not just some of it. Floor-to-ceiling plastic tenting would have been appropriate for this job. Would hire again but would request better work area isolation for similar project.

The efficiency and response time were great. But the price was way outside of my budget. I found an alternative contractor that only charged me $200 to install the lights, and there was no major damage to the ceiling or drywall. They also patched up little holes, and after that I've touched up paint it for free. I understand this was a small job and perhaps it was priced at the premium to be justified.
